Selling at an Auction can be a fun and profitible way of getting rid of items you no longer want or need.
We can cater for one item to a full house or business clearance.
We offer competitive Trade rates for Clearance and Bankrupt stockists, House Clearers, Market Traders and other businesses, contact us for details.
On your first visit to the Auction House you are required to complete a Registration Form, you do not have to do this on any subsequent visit - whether selling or buying.
We will require your NIE or an equivilant ID number, your passport is acceptable.
We will complete a Sellers Form with you, if you prefer, please complete the on-line form and bring it with you.
We will explain the process to you or answer any ther questions you may have.
We are licenced to sell almost anything and everything - all items should arrive in a clean and presentable state, ready for selling. We do not accept solid garments. We can offer a cleaning service for a small fee if required.
We can not sell livestock, illegal or stolen items. We choose not to Auction property.
We have the right to refuse items we do not deem suitable for sale. Any material we consider explicit or pornographic will be removed without warning or any item/s affiliated with illegal weapons or substances.
Items which are placed for Auction are subject to review and maybe removed without prior notice, if in violation with our guidelines. Third parties will be contacted if deemed necessary.
We can take possession of your items during opening hours on any day except Viewing day (Friday prior to Auction) or Auction Saturday.
We are required by law to inform the police of ALL items brought to us for resale & give details of the seller.
This is currently done every 15 days.
We CAN NOT sell your items before this check has been carried out. Please ensure that your goods are with us on the specified dates to ensure that they can enter the forthcoming auction.

Once cleared for sale, your items can enter two consecutive auctions. We do ask that the items are then collected.
If items are not collected within 7 days they will become the property of Andalucian Auctions. If any fees are due we will attempt to recoup these from any items left or the items will be disposed of.
Yes, we charge a 1€ administration/Listing fee per item per Auction.
We also charge a 3€ Reserve fee, this is only applicable if your item does not sell at Auction.
We also charge commission for the selling of items.
We charge 15% commission on the final sale price of your item plus IVA, at the current rate of 18%, on the commission only. For example:
Your items sells at 10.00€
Commission is charged at 15% at 1.50€
IVA is charged on the commission only (1.50€) at 18% therefore 0.27c
So you will receive 8.23€ from your original sale at 10.00€
All items will be entered into two consecutive Auctions.
We also sell items out Auctions straight off the shop-floor, so your items may sell before an Auction date.
If however, we are unfortunate enough not to sell your item we offer to options:
a. You collect your items no later than the Saturday following the last Auction your items have been entered into.
OR
b. We continue to sell your items straight off the shop-floor by reducing the selling price by 10% per week until sold. When an item sells this way we charge 50% commission instead of the normal 15%. IVA is still charged at 10% on your commission.
If your item/s fails to sell after two Auction we will contact you to see which of the above-mentioned Options you prefer.
As a general rule, we do not hold large amounts of money at the Auction House. We pay our Sellers on alternative Saturdays (non-Auction weekends), this is becuase of our 7 days gurantee.
We do not pay out on other days unless by prior arrangement.
We try to be as flexible with payment methods as we can.
We can pay via cash, Paypal, cheque or bank transfer. Please note that all payments over 100€ are paid by company cheque or bank transfer. Any charges incurred for transfers are passed onto the customer.
All items are left at the Owners' risk at the Auction House, however your items are fully covered for loss or damage via our Insurance.
Any items up to and including a value of 250€ is automatically covered.
For an additional charge, items greater than this value may be insured seperately on the Company's Insurance policy whilst in our care. Please check your own Insurance as many carry an "out-of-the-house" cover.
