With our Company Policy of always trying to bring our customers the best effective & cheapest service with everything we do, we are pleased to be associates of Offex, a Royal Mail courier here in Spain.

This enables our customers many benefits including sending post back to the UK at a much reduced cost compared to the usual Correos (Spanish Postal Service), we also offer a PO Box facility in the UK, which is completely free to have, please click below for up to date prices.

These days, Passports can be a minefield to renew but we can help here too; we can provide forms & assistance with the photos plus our checking system.  Offex will courier your details to Madrid & your passport is normally returned (via courier) to your address within 2 weeks.

If you require any additional information on these services or a quote for postage - even sending a suitcase back to the UK is usually cheaper through us than paying additional Excess Baggage charges with most airlines!

Inbound Mail & Parcel Services

Having difficulty receiving Mail & Parcels from the UK? 

We have a range of services designed for ExPats living & working in Spain

The sender in the UK pays postage at normal UK rates.  Items can be sent via any services ie: 1st Class, Special Delivery etc

The receiver in Spain then pays the amount shown on the Tariff this is dependant on weight.

To use this sevice you must first register with us.  When registering please include the names of ALL the people on your household or Company name

Mail is normally received in spain within 3-4 days after posting in the UK & can be collected from the Auction House.

Unclaimed or incorrectly addressed mail will be held & then returned to Sender after 21 days.

This is an ideal & very successful system especially when ordering off Internet sites such as eBay or Amazon when Sellers will only post to the UK. 

It can also save money on redirection services, where you may have to pay per name to redirect.  This service is FREE to register, you only pay UK to Spain cost.

Other door to door or Depot to Door service are available if you are receiving items that can not be delivered to a UK PO Box ie Parcelforce, FEDEX, etc.  Please contact us for more services.
