Basic Auction Etiquette

First, ensure you are registered (only necessary on your 1^st visit) & a member of staff has given you a bidding paddle with a number.

Look through all the lots, taking a walk around with the catalogue & noting the lot numbers for the items you are interested in, on your catalogue.

If you have any queries, please ask a member of staff before the auction begins or at the half time interval. 

All breakages must be paid for at the highest guide price.

Please note that the bidding prices are NET & a 10% commission is charged plus IVA on this additional fee only, at the normal rate of 16%.   IVA IS CHARGED ON THE COMMISSION ONLY.

During the auction you must remain silent, so everyone can follow the bidding; this ensures there are no delays or mistakes in sales.

When a lot is called you raise your paddle to show your bid to the auctioneer, if there are counter bids be sure to raise your paddle until you have won the item, or it passes the value you are prepared to pay.

If you win your bid you must raise your paddle again to show your number. You are then obliged to buy the lot at the said price plus commission (10%) & IVA (16%).

Once the hammer has fallen on any item the bidding has finished & we move onto the next lot.  Should an item remain unsold, & you later wish to purchase said item, please approach the Auctioneer at the end of the auction.

Payment should be made in full at the end of the auction.  For those persons NOT staying for the second part of the auction, payment will be taken during the interval & you may then remove your goods.  We can accept cash or credit/debit cards.  Payments with cards will incur a 2% surcharge.

Please see a member of staff for rate for storage. 

 We do NOT have a collection or delivery service but we can put you in touch with people who do.

Las Normas de la Subasta

• Primero, asegúrese que le registrarse y un miembro del personal le ha dado una paleta de puja con un número y su catálogo.

• Mire a través de todos los artículos, con el catálogo observando los números de artículos para los que usted está interesado adquirir.

• Si tiene cualquiera pregunta, por favor pregunte a un miembro del personal antes de que la subasta comience o en el intervalo de medio tiempo.

• Todas las fracturas deben ser pagadas.

• ¡ATENCIÓN! los precios que les pujan son NETO y cargan a unos honorarios del 10% más IVA, al índice normal de el 16%. IVA SE CARGA EN LOS HONORARIOS SOLAMENTE Y NO EN EL PRECIO DE PUJA.

• Durante la subasta les piden silencio, así que cada uno puede seguir la subasta, y se asegura que no haya retardos o errores en las ventas.

• Cuando llaman el artículo que les quieren, LEVANTE SU PALETA hasta que usted haya adquirido su artículo, o hasta que el precio de puja haya pasado el valor que quieren pagar.

• Si usted gana su artículo usted debe levantar su paleta otra vez para demostrar su número al subastador. Le entonces obligan a comprar el artículo en el precio dicho recuerda que esta precio es NETO.

• Una vez que el martillo ha caído en cualquier artículo que la puja haya acabado y nos movemos al siguiente. Si un artículo sigue siendo sin adquirir  y usted deseo comprar lo, acérquese por favor a un miembro del personal en el final de la subasta.

• El pago se debe hacer por completo al final de la subasta. Para esas personas que no permanecen para la segunda parte de la subasta, el pago será tomado durante el intervalo.

• Vea por favor a un miembro del personal para los precios del almacenaje y de la entrega.
